Hypocrisy is when you claim the rules apply to yourself and then violate them. There's invariably shame and lying and coverups involved.

Right-wingers believe in a single system with one set of rules for them and a different set of rules for minorities and women and so on.

That's not hypocrisy. It's a single, coherent belief system.

It's evil, but it's not hypocrisy.
