Los Angeles man destroys vendor stand with axe..has been arrested before

This is one instance where I hope that he chooses to hit a stand where the vendor has a gun, and shoots him dead.

If the guy is disturbed, or has Nazi symbols at his residence and acts out hate crimes, he MIGHT be put in a mental hospital for a while, but maybe not. If he hurts someone, and that someone defends themselves successfully, it is victim that will be arrested for assault, and not the guy. An elder friend of mine in Paris had exactly that happen to him. His assailant attacked him in his own shop with a hammer. Blood streaming down his head, he managed to wrest the hammer from the thug, and then subdue him to the point that he could call the cops, who promptly arrested HIM for assault and battery.

Here the perp, clearly a habitual offender, needs to be put away, but it seems the local constabulary is just waiting for someone to defend themselves with equal force, so that they can arrest someone of the "correct" ethnicity.
