Have you noticed Trumps lawyers get caught committing crimes, get investigated, go to prison.

That's how he gets away with everything. Hey, stupid lawyer, commit this crime for me and I will pay you. DUH OK.

When his lawyers get busted Trump says, I don't him or her. It's fucking amazing. I would like to see someone like Maddow do an in depth investigation into the history of Trumps lawyers. From when he was young until now. I bet that would be shocking.

That's Trumps game, he figured out there is an endless supply of stupid corrupt lawyers and he could use them to do his dirty work.

Much of the evidence for the Manhattan DA investigation came from Michael Cohen. Alvin Bragg chose not to prosecute.

Michael Cohen testified against Donald Trump in the Stormy Daniels campaign finance violation crime. Merrick Garland chose not to prosecute.

yes, he delivered a check to Stormy Daniels that was signed by Donald Trump and Cohen went to prison for campaign finance law violations. This was done by Robert Mueller.

Mueller then laid out evidence for an indictment for "individual one" and the only reason he didn't indict "individual one" was because of a DOJ memo that exempted a sitting president from indictment. Donald Trump was defeated by Joe Biden, was no longer president, but the Mueller evidence was just sitting there waiting for Merrick Garland to indict a non sitting president. Michael Cohen did not take the rap for Trump, he testified against him. Merrick Garland chose not to indict Trump, nor did he indict him for numerous obstruction of justice crimes that Mueller laid out.

I have been posting that TFG is being hurt because he is relying on third and fourth tier attorneys. No first or even second tier attorney will work for TFG. The briefing in the SCOTUS case is a good example. These idiots argued that TFG is above the law and there was no way that a court was going to accept this stupid claim.

Legal analysts have said that the likelihood of the court agreeing to hide the documents is slim because the exiting executive has waged executive privilege on anything involving the Jan. 6 attack. At the same time, the requests are coming from Congress, which has a constitutional responsibility to serve as a check on the other branch of government.

"He's failed at every level," Eisen said of Trump's efforts. "And the reason he has failed the Supreme Court road last night is because he simply did not make the showing that he needed to make in order to have these documents held back. It's a balancing test when you're talking about executive privilege, the right of a president to hold back documents. And you've got to show an overwhelming, compelling need for each individual document. And sometimes even a paragraph for a line on a document to be held back, and he just failed to do it. So, once again, Trump was brought down by lousy lawyering."

Trump has struggled to find legal help after years of attorneys only partially being paid or being stiffed entirely. Another reason, according to Joe Scarborough, is that Trump makes for a terrible client because "he lies all the time." That makes him very difficult....

Well-known lawyers have even turned down the former president. That then results in an inexperienced legal team to litigate executive privilege and other constitutional issues.
