The DOJ has explained that in order to make it public, they would have to redact so much of the document as to make it meaningless.

Trump, of course, wants it released so he can plan his defense; the affidavit has Trump's crimes and evidence in it.

I guess we'll see.

7. The lack of legal response to Trump's circumstances with this search warrant

is puzzling to say the least.

I suspect he's trying to find a lawyer as the one who signed off may have legal liability.

Once he does find one, they'll throw up as many legal obstacles as Trump tossed out excuses.

I think they would like to see the affidavit to structure their spin
