There's tons of websites out there that can strip the audio from a youtube vid and spit out an mp3 file you can use as a ringtone.

If there's video on a popular social media site, there's going to be ways to copy it from that site.

Another VERY old trick is to check the 'temporary internet files' of whatever browser you're using, whenever you visit a site with videos you want, and see if there's a video file in there somewhere that has what you want.
