ATLANTA Gov. Brian Kemp filed a motion Wednesday to kill a subpoena seeking his testimony before the Fulton County special grand jury looking into potential interference in Georgias 2020 elections.
Channel 2 Action News has learned that Kemp never testified in July, but according to sources in the governors office, the Fulton County District Attorneys Office canceled the video testimony and issued Kemp a subpoena to testify in person.
The governors office said this happened after they requested a list of possible questions that he may be asked.
Kemps attorneys are asking a judge to delay his testimony until they can place guardrails about the questions the governor can be asked.
The governor is scheduled to testify on Thursday for the grand jury.

You repeatedly referring to it as a politically motivated investigation, does not make it so. In fact, you repeating it so many times only proves you have become very comfortable being dishonest.
