I hear he's not going to testify against TFG - but will with respect to the Tr**p Organization.

Isn't TFG really the Tr**p Organization? I always read that everything that goes on in that organization goes through Tr**p.

Can this trial that's coming up that Weisselberg will have to testify in - incriminate TFG?
Could TFG get indicted and convicted at that trial?

What am I not understanding here. Something seems off - and it's probably me.

1. They may be more interested in an 8- or 9- figure judgment against his businesses

rather than a criminal prosecution against Donnie personally. Easier to prove, harder for Donnie to assert executive privilege, more likely to avoid having trumpies in the jury refuse to convict him personally, etc.

TFG likely has almost everything he owns in the business. Take away the business and TFG loses wealth and influence.

this scumbag can implicate the company in all sorts of misdeeds and liabilities without providing sufficient evidence against TFG to satisfy everyone's sense of justice.

There might be legal consequences to his testimony, but they won't be criminal charges against Donald John Trump.

Keep in mind that although Trump brags that he and his business are one in the same, they legally are not. Trump exists via a birth certificate. A corporation is something he created.
