Sorry, non-Twitter users, I don't know how to post the video so it will show here separately.

In Post $6 below, crickets give a quick rundown of what the retired teacher is saying.

1. Well worth hearing what he's saying.

Not only does he explain the difference, he disclosed that Arizona sold it's aquifer to the Saudis and that isn't all.

8. In Arizona it is a state issue.

Our fool republican governor is not addressing this issue. Hmmm, wonder what he's getting out of it?

3. Came across this, once...

Liberal: "That shouldn't happen to anyone, and that's why I care."

Conserva-puke: "Well, it hasn't happened to me, so why should I care?"

Had NO idea some greedy dipshits actually sold Arizona's aquifer to the Saudis? JFC.

6. He uses the words of George Carlin to explain the difference.

Conservatives care about profit, they care about property.

Liberals care about people. They want to see the benefit to society.

Example: Repubs sold AZ land, including water rights, to the Saudis. The emergency water fund was based on aquifers on those lands and now there's historic drought. The Saudis will be selling what was AZ's own water back to AZ for a profit. The long term future of the children of AZ was sold for short term gain.

Another example was that in TX Repubs sold the largest refinery (Port Arthur) to the Saudis.

Also discussed the cost of insulin.

He ends with saying that if you voted for Republicans, then have the day you deserve.

If you can listen to the source, that would be better. This is just the gist.

Thanks for posting this, JHB.

…will never be rich enough to benefit from conservative policies.

Try telling them that.

11. This needs to become a Democratic ad shown on every television in the US.

Saudi Aramco has owned 100% of the Port Arthur refinery in Texas since May of 2017. That refinery is the largest in the US. High gas prices were partially caused by the lack of refining capacity, not the oil supply. Some refineries were taken offline during the pandemic due to low demand, and once oil companies started making enormous profits by raising the price of gasoline, they kept supply low by not reopening refineries. I’m sure Saudi Aramco was one of them.

Here’s a bit of history from Wikipedia.

“On January 1, 1989, Saudi Refining, Inc. purchased 50% of the Port Arthur refinery (and two others) from Texaco to form a joint venture with Texaco called Star Enterprise. In 2001, Texaco was purchased by Chevron. Shortly thereafter Chevron's interest in this refinery (and two others) was sold to Shell on February 13, 2002. This new joint venture was called Motiva Enterprises LLC. Until 2017, the Motiva Port Arthur Refinery was a joint venture with a 50% ownership between Shell Oil Products US and Saudi Refining Inc. Shell Oil Products is part of Royal Dutch Shell. Saudi Refining is part of Saudi Aramco. Approximately 1,200 people are employed at the site.”

I wonder how much of the $2 billion invested with Kushner will be used to secretly buy other properties that are key parts of US security infrastructure and keeping the US economy functioning.

I wish an investigative reporter would dig into everything owned in the US by other countries. Some sales need a second look at the possible risks.

24. People (liberal) or Profits (conservative)

Disgustingly simple !

Conservatives have no empathy cause profits have no empathy !!

Our country needs empathy, if our country had any empathy TFG would never have made the ballot and most of the BS cruelty that came with him would be gone.

Every difference between liberals and conservatives boils down to whether one can have genuine empathy for another human being or not.
