AFAIK, this is a flat-out lie.

Kash Patel is a lunatic. Look at his eyes and the mania they exude (not body-shaming, but there is something SERIOUSLY wrong with this "person." )

This idiot has started a "legal offense trust," and that is the lapel pin he is wearing. You can get it from his website for the low, low price of $10.

Methinks Kash needs a legal defense fund.
