When the administration makes mistakes, they are not based on presidential impulses.
Policy is not being made by 1:00 am tweet.
The president is not engaging in the culture war and antagonizing authoritarian-leaning Republicans.
There are no scandals emanating from the executive branch.

A lot of it is intangible.

You don’t see how the proverbial sausage is made (or fucked around with). There’s only a lot of hunker-down-and-get-the-work-done stuff. And no primping and posturing and brass bands and yapping into every and any microphone you see.

No pizazz. Just results.

Not only has he patched the leak in the dam, infrastructure is being recreated to prevent recurrence.
