5. The court caption is "IN RE SEALED SEARCH WARRANT" and it was filed

at the West Palm Beach courthouse. The Navarro subpoena matter is in the D.C. district court. It's definitely the MAL search warrant case and I can't figure out how it relates. There must be a whole shit-ton of stuff in that case that might be coming together.

It is testimony from a writer who was invited to attend and based on a deposition from
Patrick Bergy. He worked for DOD as Information Security Officer IASO for Ten years.

20. That's what it looks like, since the court isn't releasing the redacted affidavit until tomorrow,

and I couldn't figure out what the filing was even about. Evidently they didn't file any kind of memorandum or motion to intervene along with this stuff, which is another reason it didn't seem to make sense. Nothing worse than pro se litigants who are also conspiracy theorists.

Byrne then says he spoke with Giuliani TWO YEARS LATER, and Giuliani said Trump had in a matter of minutes "verbally reversed his decision and instructions" about Powell "and that is why the earlier decisions were never implemented" (despite Byrne saying it had been implemented)

This NEW affidavit seems to be in response to that. Totally stupid, however, I'm loving the portion of the affidavit that sends to say Hunter Biden's laptop was fabricated evidence.
