I’m also glad he said it. Partly because it’s true, partly because the “F” word is an attack line with real teeth we should hang around the GOP’s neck, and partly because Biden is generally seen as a moderate capable of bipartisanship and his use of the word carries more weight than, say, a hard left firebrand’s might.
