If you have the slightest inkling about how things work, you don't even ask such a foolish question as to whether the former guy had some magical de-classification power. Reporters are supposed to know this stuff, but here they are wasting the President's time asking such fatuous questions, when they know (or should know) better.

"Did Donald Trump flap his arms and fly to the moon last night?" That's a question that's arguably less stupid than the one asked in this clip.

We know it is a silly premise, but turn on a radio and there are Hate Radio talkers making this claim over and over, 24/7.

Joe knew this question was coming, and he handled it exactly right; with ridicule.
