For what was attempted in the Georgia election, with the evidence recorded.
And for what happened for three hours as our Capitol was being attacked. By not calling for the mob to withdraw, and sitting on the phone for three hours, with Rudy and who-knows, he became part of the mob. More than anyone, he assisted in the obstruction of the proceeding, by sitting on his abundant butt, doing nothing. He could have called them off anytime he wished, but he didn't.
In my opinion, he should be charged.
As for espionage, that charge should be held as an insurance policy in the back pocket of the DOJ, in my opinion. Just in case it is needed.

I think he''f face charges on his attempt to steal the election ....... that phone call where he asked for them to "find votes" is damning. It ties him in with the coordinated effort. Indeed, as the leader.
I suspect that after the November elections, the DOJ will indict him on the stolen documents.

I want him to feel like indictments are falling from the sky on his orange head. I want him to feel fear, with no way out.

(115,858 posts)maybe he can be sued into oblivion. Being broke might be even more painful for him than going to prison. Apparently Bernie Madoff got to be kind of a celebrity in prison; the same thing would likely happen to TFG, and he wouldn't be as miserable as he deserves to be.
