outrageously bad. It was surreal. Crazy.
I think the worst I can recall. Gong show.

The team on this case is rivaling them.

They've made no plausible legal argument referring to the Presidential Records Act which the warrant did not rely on.
They've made a bunch of clerical errors.
They've provided no evidence/affidavit that I've seen to substantiate their position.
They've left themselves vulnerable to a response from DoJ who will shred bunches of their BS in a court where they cannot continue their lies.

It's like they have no defense and no one capable of making a defense.
The facts and evidence against them seems insurmountable with a great lawyer.

Once again, it is crazy.

I can't see how this will end well for them.
