The American people and the news media need to face reality.

No one can attempt to over throw the government and not be held accountable.

No one can take home top secrets documents to their resort and not be held accountable.

Trump must and will be prosecuted. That's reality, playing chid like games saying there will be riots if he is prosecuted is foolish. It's that kind of talk that can lead to violence.

The American people, the news media are doing themselves no favors walking around with their heads up their ass when it comes to Trump and the unbelievable crimes he has committed. Justice is coming, that's reality. The Trump voters will get angry and there is only one way to respond to them, Tough shit, welcome to reality.

3. And for those who fear retribution

Fear retribution if there ARE no attempts to prosecute.

If the MAGA army has infiltrated our court system such that no one will ever have a fair day in court in the future, we are so totally fucked it really doesn't matter.

They weren't "semi-bigots" back in 2008, and Biden's cautious descriptor notwithstanding, there is nothing remotely "Semi" about them 14 years later.

6. There is no indication of Trump being indicted yet.

None.
Mountains of evidence of a clear crime is not an indictment.
This situation has occurred many, many, many times before and Trump has avoided it every single time.
No indication he won’t this time as well.
To,say he must be indicted is not an indictment.

13. There is a an indication Trump is facing 3 major criminal investigations that are closing in on him.

This situation has not occurred in the past. You cannot compare investigations that occurred while Trump was president to what is happening now. Trump has lost everything that protected him as president.

Barr sabotaged the Mueller investigation and other investigations most likely. The Republicans sabotaged the impeachment trials. Trump has no one to help him now. That is a fact.

Thuggish idiots are calling for the magat army to emerge in violence, they seem to have forgotten how large the response to George Floyd's murder was and how long that lasted.

What I think needs to be assessed is not some rioting by magats but how large the response will be from the rest of us if the fucker skates... I suspect it would dwarf the protests of 2020.

We are the majority and we will certainly be in the streets if the MF'ingFG is NOT arrested and punished sufficiently.

I've asked army retirees if they thought military would shoot into crowds of American protestors on American soil if ordered. They said about half would but the other half wouldn't try to impede those who did shoot.

If that's the case, and I guess it is, protestors in states governed by Republicans could se their free speech rights curbed lethally.

Fact, every AR-15 owning SOB I know is salivating for the opportunity to try out their "fire power".

11. We need to start talking about Trump and the death penalty. A spike in foreign spy deaths and I
Mon Aug 29, 2022, 10:24 AM

haven’t heard a word about the death penalty. Time to take it up a notch and give it to the party or law and order. If a Democratic president was accused of taking lists of foreign intelligence assets who suddenly start meeting with an early death then you bet your ass the republicans would be screaming “Fry him up”. That should be our new chant “Fry him up!”

that there was massive voter fraud and Trump is the rightful president. I don't know where they'd get a crazy idea like that.

These people will never come around and face reality.

14. The propaganda is the problem.
Mon Aug 29, 2022, 10:34 AM
Aug 2022

We're honestly not going to get anywhere until we address the damage that conservative propaganda is doing to this country. I know a lot of people will say that if you go there you're policing free speech. But fucking hell, they're banning books and free thought and expression, and dictating to universities and high schools. If they can go there, so can we. They elected and enabled this fucking asshole (Trump) and they helped to attempt to overthrow the government. Now they're trying to justify his crimes. It's insane. Until we properly address this bullshit echo chamber, expect nothing to get done.
