The only 3 questions of the Trump stolen document scandal

There is a lot of false framing by the anti-American right/GOP. The reality is there are just three questions that matter when it comes to this scandal.

1) Did Trump steal government documents, including top secret information? - YES

2) Did Trump return all the stolen documents when he claimed he did? - NO

3) Have all the stolen documents been returned? - TBD (to be determined)

All the nonsense about the warrant and the search is just intended to distract from the real issue, which is summed up by those questions. Now the real issue is, has the government recovered all of the documents he stole, and if they haven't, where are the missing documents?

2. While that can be a curiosity, this is not a murder so motive isn't important

he stole documents and that is a crime and the one we are dealing with (along with his efforts to cover up and obstruct the investigation of his crimes)

to get them back.

Other crimes could be discovered but there are already enough crimes to prosecute him for criminal wrongdoing.

I suspect the answer to that will not be pretty.

that law was literally passed to address former presidents stealing the documents of the American people

I'm guessing some are in Saudi Arabia, some are in Russia, for starters.

Trump returned some of the documents because those were the documents he had time to make copies of.

The surveillance video of boxes going in and out of the storage room were the rest of the documents being copied.

I bet that Trump has copies of all of the documents he stole.

Justice delayed is justice denied.

12. If that is true and the FBI found the copies

that could be particularly damning if they were classified documents

when some documents were spotted abroad in places they should never have been, or that foreign actors tipped their hand by doing something that could only have been done if they possessed secret info.

Given TFG's history, I wouldn't be surprised if some bogus information was given to him, knowing that he would ship it abroad. (Hint: that "one week walk into Kyiv that wasn't?)
