has the ability to relieve cramps of that nature.

Water and fruits with potassium and or magnesium are the fundamental key for true relief.

Massage helps activate some electrolytes.

Bananas, cantaloupe, watermelon are 3 recommendations.

The vinegar tears up my stomach. I also have a prescription for Quinine which I only use if my regular treatment of drinking water and massing my foot/calf doesn't work - which is probably a few times a year now. It's an offlabel use and not covered by insurance but it is on Good RX and I only use a few a year so well worth it for me. People on antacids or stomach meds like Prilosec or Pepcid should not take this on a regular basis.
