6. Yes, that's a standard result of involving a special master.

Someone pointed out, though, that the DoJ has already had a "filter team" go through doing the same thing a special master would, and they identified and set aside some documents that could be attorney-client privileged. It's apparently possible that that would satisfy the judge.

OF course, they "documented" all the documents recovered on receipt. It's not a matter of making some disappear.

Regarding tRump's political gaming and delaying, I haven't heard of any way delay would hurt tRump and some ways it could be a big help. An obvious one would be if we lost majorities in the house OR senate, much less both. And of course, keeping the lid on until after the election. But various others.

Using his money, and lawyers for delay is finished. If trump had a hand in making new documents they should be looked at for privilege. The old documents he took are known. I don't think it will take long unless a forced timeline is given to do it. Start now.

A special master wouldn’t get access to the government’s own documents, repatriated in the search of MAL, only those few documents already filtered by DOJ.

So, no delay, just another fail by Trump and his incompetent lawyers.
