To show such utter lack of compassion for people who are suffering. Well, I guess he and the GOP are a good fit, that's all...

Oz, continuing to raise questions about Fetterman's health while begging for a #PASen debate next week, offers (tongue-in-cheek?) "concessions."
"We will pay for any additional medical personnel he might need to have on standby," reads one.

(3,505 posts)Hes not completely wrong. The heroin problem is out of control in this city. I take the subway to work every day and there isnt a single day that goes by that I dont see someone shooting up or dipped out, usually multiples. Mostly young people, filthy, covered in sores, drooling all over the place, its repulsive.
We tried to set up a safe injection site and a place to help people get off the needle but the neighbors went crazy and wouldnt have it. So instead of a safe place for them to go, we have them wandering the streets, robbing cars, looting Walgreens and Rite Aid and generally being a public nuisance and safety hazard. And the neighbors all complain about that too.
Its not the usual homeless situation. Not all the homeless are junkies but a good portion of them are.

Advertise it on tv.

You do you, but I think it's silly that you think someone is forcing you to use or not use a word.

(3,370 posts)....didn't do so well. Ask your pal, Donnie T about "bad things happen in Philadelphia." Philly dealt his final blow in his 2020 election. You have no chance, Ooze.
We're aware we have a problem - especially in Kensington ( that's not downtown, kid) - with addiction in this city. No matterbwhat you say, these are still human beings. "Zombies" is a term used primarily by people who believe the addicts should be rounded up and killed......anything to dehumanize them, so you don't have to face the reality that people like you fight tooth and nail against programs that provide shelter, medical care, addiction treatment, narcan, safe injection sites, etc. Places like Kensington highlight the disease of addiction, but they are a symptom of anlarger problem created by GOP policies. I watched heartkess fucks like you drive round and round the block in Kensington, filming everyone on the street for YouTube videos, which they monetize. All for people to sit in the comments and wish harm on these people. So, fuck you and your ilk. As a doctor, you should know that addiction and homelessness come with multiple layers and it's not just as simple as "zombies with needles in their necks." As usual, you can't provide solutions.....you just throw insults at a situation you don't understand in a ciry you know nothing about in a state you barely recognize because you don't even live here.
FAFO about Philly, son.
