Every single classified document had to be checked out from somewhere. Who was keeping track and how did they lose track? In the military, you would be behind bars if you let this happen. Every item that was not returned should have a last known whereabouts. We should know exactly what is missing and who checked it out. Trump is ignorant, but I believe there are more to blame.
