Wouldn't any Trump lawyer need to be have a "Top Secret" security clearance?

To view any documents if he is indicted?

If TFG's attorneys got even a copy of Super Top Secret documents, would TFG be able to demand that he get a copy "for his records," thereby returning documents (albeit piecemeal) to him?

the documents can't be removed from a secure location. They would only be able to be viewed at DOJ, CIA etc.
