And that's sad. I used to like the "roll tape" bits, she hasn't done one in quite a while. THis morning she let Ass Hutchison (R) governor of Arkansas go on for several minutes about how "unpresidential" Biden's address was.

And one reason I started leaving the TV on CNN in the morning instead of Morning Scabbrous was her move to that show. There were so many clips of her not taking BS from MAGAts or any other lying republicon, I really liked her.

But apparently this is what she has to do to keep her multi-million-dollar job. Can't really blame her for that, but it's sad.

I hope everyone with integrity at CNN leaves.

5. New day was awful this morning

their lack of in-dept coverage on last nights speech was surprising, when they have been talking about the threat to democracy for the best part of the last year.

It was when they only had two republicans on to talk about various news stories, i switched off.

It is the only place I got TV news, their morning show was always informative and they seemed to take no crap or at least much less crap that any of the others.

I guess I will start my days with a movie or something while I read news in places I can trust.

I am certain my husband will turn it all on in the evening but I can find other things to do.

I was completely disgusted by this morning.
