2. That was a very interesting read.

Here is my plumber take on it:

The judge is looking for reasons to grant the motion.

The tact that Trump plans to take is force the government to share all of the records publicly, so that he may defend his possession of the documents, or not prosecute him at all. It is a good tact if some of the documents are as sensitive as we have been led to believe.

For Trump it is kind of like he robbed a bank, and then uses the stolen money to pay for his defense from the robbery charge.

4. I think the judge wants to be a star

and create some new special master precedence. It will be embarrassing for her if she tries I think.

It seems like typical Trump tactics to me. Fuck precedence, fuck law, make it as political as possible.

I'm still going through it a little at a time.
