I Believe Merrick Garland
I believe Merrick Garland when he says that he will not be partisan, that is the way it is supposed to be. I do not believe Merrick Garland when he says that DOJ will not be partisan, he can't control all of DOJ.
I believe the judges appointed by Democrats are not partisan. I do not believe that the judges who were appointed by the Federalist Society are non-partisan. This latest judge Cannon is a Magat judge, any non-partisan judge would have tossed the request for a Special Master.
The Supreme Court justices who were selected by the Federalist Society are certainly partisan.
Isn't our democratic Constitutional Republic under attack because half of our judges do not make decisions based on the law, but make decisions based on what benefits the Magat party, decisions based on what benefits their domestic sugar daddy oligarchs?
We have an uphill climb to save our democratic form of government, the 2022 election may be the deciding factor.
