5. Mastriano doesn't care about votes in Philly

He's preaching to his own choir hoping to get them all to turnout and vote for him.

Oz can't win without Philadelphia, though. He has little traction in the western part of PA and needs big numbers in Phila/SE Pa to have any sort of chance of winning. His original campaign personna of a "conservative outsider"/Glen Youngkin clone designed to win over suburban voters went by the wayside. He's now embracing Trump which likely will turn off those voters he hoped to capture.
