Legal experts noted that the Justice Department can still interview witnesses, use other evidence and present information to a grand jury while the special master examines the seized material.

So, that, at least is something less to worry about. If it turns out they find damage, then they can rely to DOJ, and he's still in the soup.

DOJ has already reviewed the documents and I'm pretty sure the grand jury have te documentations.

Obstruction of justice by the judge.

She could be referred to the court or the house for misconduct, but she couldn't be directly charged in court.

Not unless there was some broader, extra-judicial conspiracy that is.
