He publicly stated that there were no nuclear documents at Mar-el-Loco. This is damning for 2 reasons; 1. No way he could not know he had those documents because they were the highest top secret classification. 2. Lying that he didn't have them proves criminal intent.

Trump could/should be arrested today, but the 60 day rule trumps national security which gives Trump at least 3 months to change the narrative.
