The so-called nuclear codes are irrelevant. The Rosenbergs didn’t sell nuclear codes. How much intelligence of ours and our allies has been burned? This lawyer wouldn’t even be good as a Fox News reader

FBI planted a bogus document to entrap him; that the DOJ has already indicted him and sealed the indictment until after the election because they are afraid of the power of the MAGAs. The DOJ is unable to release the document for obvious reasons and even if they deny that there is a sealed indictment, the MAGAs won't believe them. All of this will further inflame the MAGA base and propel them to the polls. Trump figures that if he can make himself a martyr, he can outnumber the anti-Roe voters in November.

Thoughts?

That the location of such a document was, from the time the document was created, tracked.

Frankly, I'm guessing the reason NARA and DOJ are dealing with this whole issue is because a lot of these documents were tracked, and their last known location was TFG's office.

I think the "evidence was planted" claim is a dog that won't hunt.

These whereabouts of these types of documents is something that is very closely watched by security and intelligence officials.

Nov. 2020:

Speaking about President Trump’s and his legal team’s myriad and baseless claims of massive voter fraud, an anonymous senior Republican official offered a rhetorical shrug.

“What is the downside for humoring him for this little bit of time? No one seriously thinks the results will change,” the official said. “He went golfing this weekend. It’s not like he’s plotting how to prevent Joe Biden from taking power on Jan. 20. He’s tweeting about filing some lawsuits, those lawsuits will fail, then he’ll tweet some more about how the election was stolen, and then he’ll leave.”
