(13,620 posts)The Act specifically assigns its enforcement to the DC District Court so this trumper's court doesn't even have subject matter jurisdiction.

The documents belong to the Executive Branch and he is the only person with executive privilege, not Donald Trump and not any circuit judge.
What could they do?

This has nothing to do with the "documents" themselves. Were they be toilet papers, THEY refused to obey a DOJ Subpoena in full compliance to the Law. That's a no-no in this justice system.
Lock them both up.
