Judge CooCoo Cannon didn't think up this appeal. She got the case because she's a malleable moron.

She is the proverbial D student who just barely squeezed into contention for, and appointment as, a federal district court judge.

This order, while legally bonkers, was written by someone smart enough to make it at least sound sound.

So who was it? Not the specific writer, but the brain behind the basic construct of her position. Face it, she didn't get this case by some random round-robin.

This nagging questions in this whole thing for me are 1) who got (from various SCIFs in and around the seat of American government), brought to the White House, and then packed up and sent to Mar-A-Lago the classified documents and 2) who is managing this farcical special master bullshit.

This judge ain't it. This judge is a useful idiot - at best - playing in an arena so far above her skill level it is actually sad.

from Michigan law, and then clerk for Steve Colloton on the 8th Circuit if you’re stupid. I know Colloton, personally. I disagree with him politically, but he’s damn smart. He wouldn’t hire a dunce as his clerk.

I think she sees herself as moving on to better things if Trump gets back in office. Her opinion gave him just what he wanted. How he’s able to get people to channel him is beyond me, but it happens.

But, yeah, OK. He’s not politically correct (which I didn’t say) so he can’t be THAT smart. Got it. I’ll write that down, so I don’t forget it.

Talking to empty chairs at a Republican National Convention is EXACTLY the behavior I'm talking about. But, go along to get along, huh?

Her initial ruling was brilliantly composed for a simple reason: it is her 'Job Application' for the Supreme Court if/when a RepubliQan president needs to nominate someone for the Supreme Court.

Remember when Trump’s bottom tier lawyers submitted their first brief..it made no sense..that’s when Aileen gave them a road map to a positive outcome…she wanted to know what they were asking and then instructed the lawyers how to get there…this special master may have originated with Rudy and his garbage but she was on board when Trump’s legal team walked into her court

Sometimes to some of us the fact that we are looking at a set or part to set tweak reality to affect our perceptions. Sometimes the set is too crude and obvious not to note. We are all pretty acclimated to this situation that is how we are manipulated as individuals and as a society of tribal groups.

I am past the point of having any wisdom on how we can learn to live with better ideals and more empathy for one another and Nature.

I can watch and vote and mention what I think to those that might listen, really no different than for the past nearly 60s years but with far less energy and idealism. Young people have a tough future to face. alas.

The very fact of Judge Cannon is ridiculous.
