Trump went through Chiefs of Staff until he found a fluffer. The J6 committee was on the ball long ago subpoenaing Meadows, it even got some incriminating documents from Meadows before he clammed up. So the J6 committee sends a criminal referral to DOJ for Meadows and DOJ deep sixes it.

Mark Meadows knows everything, he was the guy who kept Trump's hands clean. He was also the go between the Willard Hotel and Trump, he relayed messages. The J6 committee is still fighting with the courts to interview Meadows.

DOJ could put Meadows before a grand jury whenever it wants.
