2. It was enormous and involved dozens of defendants.

Given that the defendants first were allowed to respond, and then Plaintiffs were allowed to amend their complaint.

Civil case... so no crimes on trial.

less than 6 months.

I imagine this wasn't the only case on the judge's "to do" list.


I said in another post that I had been looking through the ruling that dismissed the case. Even though the ruling doesn't address EVERY claim made by TFG, it's pretty clear that every claim was indeed researched and considered.

It ended ok.
