"SNIP.......
Former Trump White House lawyer Ty Cobb called Donald Trump a deeply wounded narcissist who acted as a criminal when he pushed then-Vice President Mike Pence to block Congress from certifying President Joe Bidens 2020 election win, CNBC reports.
His idea to keep Trump from being president again: There is a simple way to disqualify President Trump He clearly violated the 14th Amendment of the Constitutions Article III when he gave aid and comfort and three hours of inaction with regard to what was happening on the grounds of the Capitol That clearly gave aid and comfort to the insurrectionists.

F-OFF - Ty Cobb! You're only trying to save your own A$$ after years of being right there in line with Lindsey, Marco, Meadows, and the rest of them that lined up to plant big, wet smooches on that disaster that claimed to be a "president."
Now you can go rot in hell with the rest of them..............

(17,863 posts)If the voters don't (or we are unable to get enough votes to overcome the corruption) is an impeachment vote. Eugene Debs was qualified to run for President even though he was in prison.
That 14th amendment is interesting, but who decides whether Trump's inaction (if active involvement can't be proved) is sufficient to trigger it? Are there any Civil War precedents where someone who was included in the ban fought it in Court. It does become fairly obvious if you join the CSA Army, but who factually demonstrates that?
