Is Mark Meadows Off Limits To DOJ?

The J6 committee realized the importance of getting Meadows under oath, early on. It got some incriminating evidence from Meadows and then he clammed up. The J6 issues a criminal referral to DOJ who then deep sixes it.

Mark Meadows is a key witness to indicting Trump, a key witness in the J6 insurrection. He was the go between the Willard Hotel and Trump, he kept Trump's hands clean. Meadows, assuredly, is a key witness in the theft and destruction of classified documents.

Until I hear about Meadows going before a grand jury I don't believe that DOJ is serious about indicting Trump.

Indicting Trump appears to have nothing to do with evidence, it has to do with indicting a former president and his cabinet members.

We will find out at some point. There is nothing stopping the DOJ from indicting a Chief of Staff, high ranking cabinet officials. It has been done in the past.

Indicting an ex-president has never been attempted. Garland will most likely be the first to attempt this. I imagine it is very complicated. You have to be very careful and you have to get it right.

we learn from other sources. DOJ didn't tell us about the classified document search, Trump told us.

He should have a lot to tell about the "war room" and the attack upon our Capitol and what Trump was doing and who he was talking to during those 187 missing minutes?

His testimony is likely to be devastating.

This is the largest investigation in the history of the DOJ. It is huge!

It was just reported that Meadows provided another huge tranche of his WH comms in the week following the MAL search warrant.

Otherwise, Meadows has been out of the spotlight for quite some time.

As has always been the case, some things aren’t known publicly until DOJ wants them to be.

We don’t know what we don’t know.
