She's either in Charles' face, gawking at someone on the sidelines, or just turning in circles looking lost and confused. Seriously, the woman doesn't have a drop of stage presence in her. I don't know how she could have spent decades with the royals and not picked up the basics:

1. Follow and stand straight
2. Hold still, arms at sides
3. Look out where the camera probably is and smile
4. Remember that all eyes and cameras are on you at all times.

That's all she has to do. No one's putting a mic in front of her, and the pros dressed her up, made her up, did her hair, put her hat on and voila. Just friggin stand there and smile.
