Are Republican governors being so reckless because they know the courts are

loaded with their sympathizers?

Is this part of an organized plan to take the country down by using conservative judges to dilute the laws?

I could see this happening. Back in the nineties there were pro-property rights lawyers and judges who were intentionally canvasing newspapers looking for people to represent with the intention of tearing down land regulation. They weren't being charitable. They used the mom and pops around the area to establish laws that developers could also use to dismiss regulations like wetland laws.

So, it kind of makes sense that this strategy is now aimed at federal laws.

GOP votes to pack the courts. It’s the only explicable reason as to why a-holes like Ron Johnson, Ron DeSantis, Greg Abbott, Dr Oz, and Herschel Walker get votes. We gotta have the same discipline.
