Nasty thought that runs through his mind. He's steady, sets goals and works toward them. Sometimes people make the mistake of thinking he's not doing anything because days go by when he isn't making pronouncements about how great he is and things he wants to do (which are actually things the President isn't even authorized to do). He sometimes talks haltingly because of his stutter and also because he thinking about what he's saying. (I actually was talking to a friend and I said this exact saying and she said "The President stutters?&quot Where has she been for the last 3 years.
