"SNIP.......

Michigan congressional candidate John Gibbs (R) once railed against giving women the right to vote, arguing that America has “suffered” since women’s suffrage, CNN reports.

Gibbs “also made comments in the early 2000s praising an organization trying to repeal the 19th Amendment which also argued that women’s suffrage had made the United States into a ‘totalitarian state.’”

Can't find his age or marital status. Usually Wikipedia has that info. So ladies...he may be single.

This is linked in the cnn link above.
Snip from The Society for the Critique of Feminism:

And clearly, having more women in the workplace does not benefit men, it only strains them. In the post-feminist workplace, men must bend over backwards to make sure that they do not inadvertently offend any woman who might happen to hear a joke or comment uttered in humor and harmlessness.

Businesses must also make a concerted effort to hire and promote women who may or may not be up to par with their male counterparts. In addition, the chemistry of having women in a masculine environment may reduce business cohesiveness and productivity from what it might have been otherwise (this is especially true of the military, although by no means limited to it). Needless to say all these things subtract from a team's effort to do the real business of running the business.

They would put us in hijabs and control our movements, keep us from educations, and jobs, and owning personal property. They're not kidding. These men are terrified of women.

First they overturn Roe, now they're coming after our right to vote.

You think this won't be EVEN MORE motivation for women to come out to vote???

nutty right-wing radio in the nineties. She'd probably be fine with this until it eventually occurred to her that it meant she couldn't vote either. Then she'd still vote for Republicans.
