Do you remember when Michael Scott ('The Office') declared bankruptcy?

It was funny because we know no one is that stupid in real life.

TFG just one-upped that fictional character's stupidity when he suggested that he could declassify things by merely thinking them declassified.

The really scary part is how many Americans will lap that shit up.
