Raymond Dearie must be wondering what

the hell he's supposed to be doing, right? The 111th Circuit has already made it clear the classification status of the documents has no bearing on who owns them. The only reason the ruling isn't applicable to ALL the docs is because the DOJ only asked for those 100 or so. Pure "busy work"!
