Florida has an 'extensive' network of White supremacists and other far-right extremists, ADL report

A new Anti-Defamation League report has found an “extensive” network of White supremacists and other far-right extremists in Florida, which the organization says is home to the most people charged in the January 6 insurrection.

“Florida is home to an extensive, interconnected network of white supremacists and other far-right extremists,” the Anti-Defamation League says in the report, warning that new groups have surfaced in the state in recent years while existing groups “have broadened their audience both online and on the ground.”

The anti-hate group’s findings are documented in a new report titled “Hate in the Sunshine State: Extremism & Antisemitism in Florida, 2020-2022.”

Citing data from the George Washington University Program on Extremism, the report says Florida is home to the most people charged in connection with the January 6 insurrection.

Losing supporters? Check.
Losing elections? Check.
Public realizing more how evil they are? Check.

Solution? Double down!!

I hate these people. History is doing more than rhyming.

The Republican party is an evil coalition of left-overs -- those who are easily inflamed, hateful, destructive, intolerant.

Roe, Roe, Roe your vote
against theocracy!
Republicans revoke your rights
and kill democracy!

THESE are the races that will determine control of the House of Representatives:

Florida has been a hotbed for these groups for 20+ years at least. Not surprised that they are growing in number.

wearing their trade-mark shirts. They yack and laugh loudly, and support their mean-girl cheerleaders, Moms for Liberty. Security is afraid to confront them. Disgusting little bullies.

There are basically two types, those that you know are Fascists and those that you suspect are. I do not know of a single one of my classmates from high school (g. 1970) that are not right wingers. They do not know that I am still an old Hippie, as I do not look the part, so they freely express their hatreds in my presence. Getting along in the community requires silence.

It seems to me, anecdotally, that the worst of the bunch are those in their 40s and 50s, but the Baby Boomers aren't far behind.

So I'm not surprised. I found it very unsettling driving from the Orlando area down toward the Ft. Meyer area. I thought this looks nothing like the Florida on post cards. Seemed to be very poor and very white, which seems to be the secret formula for most of our magas.
