Straight talk from Rep Ro Khanna, (D) California

"If the republicans take back the House, they're going to be talking about Hunter Biden all the time...all they want to do is have investigations into this Presidency...it will be two years of obstructionism."

1). Active and thorough investigations into the Hunter Biden Laptop,.. by 15 House Committees.

2). M.T. Green files weekly Impeachment actions against President Biden hoping to hound him out of office.

3). 20 House Committees revisit and thoroughly investigate the issue of missing Hillary emails.

4). 15 House Committees investigate the highly illegal document raid of by the FBI at Mar-a-Lago.

5). Massive tax breaks for the super rich voted on again and again in the House.

6). The Obama ACA will be voted on again and again calling it illegal and wasteful.

7). Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid voted on again and again to be dropped and canceled as being far costly and horribly inefficient. Both programs should be fully privatized, made to be profitable for the long-term sustainability of these former government welfare and entitlement programs. That just did not work and were headed for bankruptcy while ballooning the public debt. (actually the bulk of the costs of which are self financing by way of payroll deductions).

Just because it happened over a decade ago doesn't mean it can't dragged up again. And I wouldn't be surprised if they try to censure Pelosi, Occasio Cortez, Omar, and the rest of squad for being uppity women. And hold special hearings on Adam Shiff and Eric Swalwell for being from California.

I am sure the Fascist ReTHUGS can mount that dead horse and ride it down Pennsylvania Avenue once again.

The other items you mentioned will made it to the endless investigatory agenda once/if the ReTHUGS regain majority control of the House during the mid-terms.

Kevin McCarthy is drooling and salivating all over himself in anticipation of taking the gavel and leadership seat high up on the dias. Unceremoniously giving Nancy Pelosi the boot.

..the Senate ends up with 67 votes to overrule a Biden veto...right? The Congressman was talking in terms of 2023-24.

Khanna was responding to a question about McCarthy's recent announcement of the "Commitment to America" agenda which was meant (I suppose) to sound like a productive, constructive Republican party plan.

McCarthy's blueprint, first posted online on Thursday, contains four overarching goals: creating "an economy that's strong," "a nation that's safe," "a future that's built on freedom" and "a government that's accountable."

Khanna said he didn't care what the plan said because he knew the House would in fact, do nothing for the next two years but open investigations into Biden and his administration...nothing productive or constructive. He didn't go down the list of what all a Republican controlled House will initiate. All that is pretty much common knowledge at this point. His comment was a short summary answer to Al Sharpton's question for an opinion.
