Lee County Florida is now under a Hurricane Warning.

They can't figure out this storm. As huge as it is no matter where it hits all of S.W. Florida is screwed. Depending how fast the storm is moving will depend on the damage to West Power is going to be a luxury, Florida. During Irma, I was without power for about three weeks. During Charley, I was without power for two and a half months.

40 inches of rain, Cat 4 winds driving storm surge and waves on top, slowing down to a crawl, 48hrs of rain, wind bands, non-stop.

right above Naples on the west coast.

She's determined to ride this one out -- and without hurricane glass in her windows.

I wish her safety and a short duration of the hurricane.

understand the urge to stay, but the chances of getting in some serious trouble is probable. In my childhood we evacuated several times and were glad we did.
