are not going to certify elections they lose.

6. This goes all the way back to Bush v Gore

They got away with stealing that election for Bush. They knew that a full and fair recount would have won it for Gore. Right then, they knew that they could win and hold office without the voice of the voters on their side.

Democracy died in the 2000 election. They're just being more explicit.
