the unwashed Magats get prosecuted first. Why did DOJ leave the missing document case to the National Archives? Only after the Archives issued a referral to DOJ did it take charge. I could be wrong because that's the way I remember it.

Letting someone else educate the public about GOP crimes.
Getting pubic sentiment to shift.

Then the DOJ has no other choice and is responding to public demand.

They don't look vindictive or political.

I understand why they have to do this.

I don't like it or agree with it, but it is what it is.

J6 committee led by the GOP, GOP witnesses, etc.

The committee spilled the dirt on Trump which gave the DOJ a public mandate to take care of business.

Same thing with the National Archives.

Same thing with the FBI raid.

Looks like a pattern to me.

It makes sense. DOJ indictments cannot come out of the blue.
But they cannot talk about their investigation.

Trump and his minions are slippery career criminals.
DOJ had to find a way to educate the public before an indictment could take place.

With the Trump's threat of violence it was the only way to do it.

Think how it would have been if Garland had taken Mueller's investigations and charged Trump then. We would have been spared all this trauma. Years ago.

The delay and the reluctance are inexcusable.

A kind of PTSD in the American people has been the result of DoJ "strategy" as the people do not see anyone who lawfully can do so coming to stop the batterer. It's akin to what victims of domestic violence experience. The batterer free to continue.

A band of psychopaths terrorize and abuse the country.

It is called "learned helplessness."

We see that our criminal justice system is not prepared to deal with criminal elected leadership.

Exactly, all the national security damage and danger could have been averted.

Geez.

It takes a Daily Mail photographer to get this story?

And no followup from MSM?

It's expensive to have staff photographers positioned at all the possible places he can be.

The paparazzi are already covering these sorts of shots. Just pay them top dollar, which is probably less money than keeping someone on staff.
