in South Florida, Miami Dade area will be displaced by 2060 because of water intrusion. That's a lot of people who will have to find shelter. I see it as musical chairs with real estate as the chairs and water is the music. Who will be stuck with the property when the tide does not go back out?
Just one of the reasons I left my 40 year home and move a bit farther north in Florida.
