but I've read an awful lot about this absolutely horrible human being. There is more to him than meets the eye. Based on what I have read about him before he ever was involved in politics there are things that he has never revealed precisely for the reason you described. Unger's book "House of Putin, House of Trump" or it may be vice versa provides some insight into this matter.

We all want to see him as a giant orange buffoon and that certainly is an important aspect of who he is. The only thing that saves us from his deeper and more malignant pathologies is how badly broken he is. Even with that, he still knows what to keep close to his chest and he does keep quiet about those things. Bear in mind that those republicans with guilty consciences can't know just how much he has on each of them and don't dare take a chance on losing everything by coming out in public and calling him out.
