right now the Supreme Court has taken a case filed out of Alabama that will give every state legislature the right to decide who won the election, who to give the electoral votes to regardless of the vote. The state Supreme Court nor any other judge will be allowed to overrule the state legislators.

I believe it is the 1st case on the docket. If the SC rules in favor of the Alabama Magat legislators then the fake electors from the 2020 election would have been allowed.

Our registrar has been flooded with bullshit FOIA request asking for records we don't even have. Our Board is two Republicans, I'm the only Democrat. We operate on unanimous decisions, no 2-1 votes. My Republican colleagues are hardcore Republicans but they really do drop all that crap when we start election business. When any Republican gives us any grief, they slap 'em down -- I do the same for any Democrats.

Can't speak for everyone else, but we will do it right. If a losing candidate pisses and moans, s/he does not want to screw with us.

and ballots as they can every minute of the election. Only a preliminary injunction or a cease and desist order is gonna derail that mess. The system of reasonable and responsible challenges is not built to account for that degree of abuse or to process so many challenges. It will put an incredible burden on those good people who volunteer to responsibly man the polls in each district. It may put some of them in personal jeopardy too. IMO the DOJ should send observers everywhere with open warrants and federal marshals on call.
