21. Yes, I understand. Typically, stays don't get appealed.

At least not in the high profile cases I’ve followed. The appeals court grants a stay pending their ruling on the appeal, and a higher court typically doesn’t accept an appeal of the stay while the appeal of the lower court ruling is pending.

AFAIK, this is the first time Trump has appealed a stay (of course, most stays are in his favour and part of his delaying strategy).

The fact that he is appealing the stay tells me he is quite anxious about what DOJ might do while the stay is in place.

15. Oh for the love of dog. The DoJ got those documents after a legal search warrant was issued by ...

a court* and the court that granted the FBI the search warrant because the court was shown probable
cause that a crime or crimes had been or will still being committed @ Merede a Logo. The DoJ asking
for the court for that search warrant was only after the known evidence was reviewed by the top level
people @ the DoJ including A.G. Merrick Garland.

He was not allowed to take these documents, have these documents, was ordered to return these documents,
and he and his lawyers lied and said they had returned those documents.

He always had more nefarious motives than we can imagine. Either he's hiding crimes or using these docs to commit crimes: bribe, blackmail, spy, etc. It's always worse than we think.
